1. Acceptance of Terms and Scope of Agreement

2. Account Creation, User Responsibilities and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on jcbet. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balances. Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

The name, phone number, email address, and identification details used during registration must belong to the user themselves. Registering with another person's information or fabricated details is a serious breach of these terms. jcbet reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process, including requesting copies of identification documents.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password. Any activity that occurs under a user's account, whether authorised or not, is the responsibility of that user.   • Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
  • Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.

3. Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Activities

Jcbet reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, account closure, or referral of the matter to the relevant authorities.

4. Payment Information, Transactions and MYR Currency

All transactions on the jcbet platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is registered in their own name. jcbet does not accept payments made using accounts or cards that do not belong to the registered user.

Available deposit methods include FPX, TNG eWallet, Maybank2U, and other channels listed on the platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each method and are subject to change. Users are advised to check the current limits in the deposit section of their account.

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform once identity verification is complete. jcbet reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals where suspicious activity is detected or wagering requirements have not been met. Funds credited through promotions are subject to the rollover conditions specified in the respective campaign terms.

  • Deposits may only be made through methods listed on the platform.
  • Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
  • Suspicious transactions may result in withdrawals being placed on hold pending the outcome of an investigation.

Suspended and Closed Account Policy

Jcbet reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice where there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, promotion abuse, or any activity deemed to compromise the integrity of the platform. Users whose accounts are suspended due to fraud will not be entitled to recover any remaining balance. Where an account is closed for other reasons, any valid balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jcbet platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the property of jcbet or our licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any platform content without prior written permission. Use of the jcbet logo or brand name for any commercial or marketing purpose is strictly prohibited without a valid licensing agreement.
